Spot Welder with Supercaps
To trigger the welding process I designed a foot switch. So I have both hands free to hold the copper sticks. A spring is placed in the middle of the switch. One end is fixed through M3 srews and secured with hex nuts. The other side of the switch is combined with two rubber bands on each side. The switching function is achieved through a miniature snap-action switch. If you’re interested on the files for printing leave me a comment here
